Duffy and the cloak bay bully

Room 2 had an awesome time watching the Duffy theatre show. They learnt that bullying is not cool.

Room 2 also learnt that they should stand up to a bully.  " Say " Stop it, I don't like it."
Walk away and tell your teacher or an adult.

Room 2 were very lucky to meet the Duffy crew, have a little chat and take a photo with them.

Welcome to Room 5!

 We were very excited to have our first session learning about balancing! Here are a few Room 5 students showing off their skills!

Balancing

Room 3 was learning how to balance.Balance is a fundamental skill necessary for maintaining controlled positions, such as sitting in a chair, or engaging in physical activities like running or riding a bike. Having balance makes motor skill development easier, reduces the risk of injury, and helps children focus on academic tasks. 

Ice Blocks!

It was so hot last week that our principal Mrs Funaki surprised some children with ice blocks.
